
Normally the Thai law does not allow a non-Thai person to own a plot of land in his name but does allow him to own a building.
A Foreigner can “own” land by his Limited Company name or purchase the land for 30 years (Leasehold)and have an option to extend the lease for a further 30 years.

A Foreigner can buy a condominium in his name (Freehold) or purchase the condominium (Leasehold) or“own” the condominium in his Limited Company name.

Chanote (Nor Sor 4) Full/complete Title Deed (The best option).
Nor Sor 3 Gor Title Deed, the land needs only to be measured and the Title Deed will be upgraded to Chanote (The next option).
Nor Sor 3, the land need measurement and boundary demarcation than the Title Deed will be upgraded to Chanote (The last option).
